WOMEN’S HEALTH OSTEOPATH

Jessica Brown MOst, PGDip, BA (Hons)

Keeping you pain free and doing what you love!

OSTEOPATHY IS A SAFE, GENTLE AND EFFECTIVE FORM OF DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT AND PREVENTION FOR A WIDE RANGE OF MEDICAL CONDITIONS.

OSTEOPATHS SEE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES INCLUDING BABIES, PREGNANT WOMEN, THE ELDERLY AND ATHLETES.

Osteopathy recognises that the health of an individual is multifactorial and depends on the whole body working (muscles, bones, joints, blood and nerve supply and connective tissue) in an integrated and balanced way. Osteopaths provide “hands on” treatment along with giving personalised advice and rehabilitation exercises, in order to aid recovery, promote health and prevent symptoms reoccurring.

Osteopaths are highly trained, regulated, Allied Health Professionals (AHP’s) and are trained to Degree or Masters level.

You do not need to consult your GP before you visit an osteopath, although you may wish to do so.
